Generative AI Solution Architect (Agentic Systems)

We are looking for a Gen AI Solution Architect specializing in agentic workflows to join our consultancy team at EPAM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI solutions with a specific focus on autonomous systems and agent-based workflows, ensuring seamless integration and deployment in complex business environments. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and strategic aspects of AI, excellent communication skills, and leadership abilities to drive client transformations effectively. Responsibilities • Design and architect advanced Gen AI solutions focusing on agentic workflows to meet specific client needs • Lead the development and integration of AI systems, ensuring they align with the client’s business objectives and technology infrastructure • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust and scalable AI solutions • Provide technical leadership in AI, mentoring team members and leading by example in coding and system design • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and cloud technologies, integrating new findings into solutions • Work closely with clients to define requirements, present solutions and gather feedback to refine systems • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI deployment and data handling Requirements • 10 years of experience in technology roles with a strong focus on AI and cloud technologies • Proven expertise in designing and implementing agentic workflows and autonomous systems • Strong technical proficiency with Python and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) • Deep understanding of data science, machine learning algorithms and statistical principles • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing teams and interfacing effectively with clients at all levels • Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects within specific industries, demonstrating a broad understanding of the technology landscape • A proactive approach and curiosity to continuously learn and adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science or a related field is required Nice to have • Certifications in AI or machine learning technologies • Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles • Familiarity with the regulatory and ethical considerations in deploying AI solutions in various industries • A Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field is highly preferred Our Benefits Include • A competitive group pension plan and protection benefits including life assurance, income protection and critical illness cover • Private medical insurance and dental care • Cyclescheme, Techscheme and season ticket loans • Employee assistance program • Great learning and development opportunities, including in-house professional training, career advisory and coaching, sponsored professional certifications, well-being programs, LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more • EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) • Various perks such as gym discounts, free Wednesday lunch in-office, on-site massages and regular social events • Certain benefits and perks may be subject to eligibility requirements and may be available only after you have passed your probationary period
