Salary Range:This position is paying £60K to £80K base salary (depending on experience) + equity.

Your Role as a Full Stack Engineer

You will be instrumental in defining and significantly contributing to the company's technological landscape. It’s not just about programming in this position; it’s about being a trailblazer and understanding how AI fits with regulations. You'll be among our initial tech team members (joining a current team of two engineers), teaming up with the founder and CEO and the wider team to understand the landscape and ensure the solution has the capability to meet the needs of its customers.

They are looking for a go-getter who enjoys exploring new ground, untangling the ins and outs of AI, connecting with major AI companies, being involved in the Tech / AI community and building great products. This is not only a role for you to create a product, but a chance to influence the entire field of artificial intelligence & compliance. You will be involved with:

• Further Development of the MVP.
• Designing and implementing solutions covering both on the front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate, strategise and map out the path to success.
• Utilise user feedback to understand and further develop the solution.
• Engage with industry leaders and communities to be an expert in the space.
• Innovation of the product and ensuring its capability to be utilised by a plethora of organisations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience as a Full Stack Developer / Engineer.
• Experience in working for any company within AI, Compliance, Security or SaaS.
• Programming Proficiency in Python, React and Node.js.
• Experience using cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience or an interest in AI Development and the use of Machine Learning.
• A passion for building solutions and contributing to an early stage company's development.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
