About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Full Stack Engineer to help drive our disruptive enterprise SaaS platform. You will deliver cutting-edge user experiences by blending traditional and AI-driven approaches, including natural language and voice interfaces. Guided by our “AI First” principle, you’ll adopt open-source solutions where possible and build custom code only when it adds clear value. Operating in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate closely with the Full Stack Technical Lead and other cross-functional team members to deliver impactful features with outstanding code quality, AWS-based architectures, and Agile best practices.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development:
- Implement features across the stack (front-end, back-end, data layers) using JavaScript (Node.js), C#, .NET Core, and React.
- Build and maintain scalable APIs, microservices, and user-facing components, integrating advanced AI functionality, open-source tools, and intuitive UIs.
AI First & Open-Source Integration:
- Incorporate AI-driven tooling, NLP, and voice technologies to deliver faster, smarter user experiences.
- Leverage open-source frameworks and libraries to rapidly deliver stable, maintainable solutions.
AWS & Cloud Architecture:
- Develop, deploy, and manage solutions on AWS, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilise AWS services and best practices to build scalable infrastructure as code and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
Quality & Best Practices:
- Write well-tested, maintainable code that follows coding standards and meets performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Agile Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Full Stack Technical Lead, product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers in an Agile environment.
- Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies, embracing a culture of transparency and rapid iteration.
Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, AI capabilities, and best practices.
- Proactively explore new approaches, contribute ideas for improvements, and help drive innovation in our solutions.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
- Strong experience building web applications with JavaScript (Node.js), C#, .NET Core, and React.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining cloud-based architectures on AWS, including serverless or container-based approaches.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience working in Agile environments, delivering features iteratively and responsively.
Desirable:
- Exposure to Remix, Tailwind CSS, or other modern frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, natural language processing, or AI-driven coding assistants.
