Role Overview:As a Senior Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying AI-driven solutions tailored to our client's needs. This role requires deep technical expertise, particularly in Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs, combined with a strong understanding of Azure cloud services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that AI models are effectively integrated into the client's systems to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Implement scalable AI solutions on Azure, optimizing for performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor and refine AI models post-deployment, ensuring they maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Lead the development of AI based products, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated content generation tools.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and incorporating the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and LLM technologies.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards throughout the AI project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong emphasis on NLP, Generative AI, and Large Language Models.
• Programming experience using Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar
• Proven experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and other relevant tools.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with deploying and managing AI models in production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex AI systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
