Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, specifically focusing on React and Node.js. In this role, you’ll be developing and maintaining an innovative software platform that powers drone automation solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating across teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions. Training on drone operations will also be provided to help you understand the product better.


Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for data processing.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of backend services.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs to expand platform functionality.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and manage backend services on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).


Frontend Development:

  • Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.
  • Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices.
  • Seamlessly integrate frontend components with backend APIs.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with product managers to define requirements and deliver features on time.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.


Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
  • Extensive experience with React.js and Redux for frontend development.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end technologies.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
  • Proficiency in working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with GraphQL for API development.
  • Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time data streaming.
  • Familiarity with drone-specific technologies or IoT platforms.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
