Job Overview:

As a Full Stack Engineer at Appella AI, your primary focus will be on enhancing our voice analytics dashboard. You'll take on challenges such as creating real-time, user-friendly analytics dashboards, ensuring compliance with the latest data protection standards, and integrating APIs.

The successful candidate will be familiar with the latest technologies, including no-code tools to enhance productivity. This is a full-time role and offers an opportunity to make a significant contribution to our mission and work in an AI startup at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Development: Maintain a user-friendly, real-time dashboard for analytics and transcription data.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all development aligns with the organisation’s data protection and security regulations.
  • Documentation and Maintenance: Provide comprehensive documentation and continuous maintenance post-deployment.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Software Development: 2+ years of professional development experience
  • Beneficial to have: Experience with building SaaS products.

Technical Skills

  • Required Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of Data structures.
  • Beneficial to have: Experience with Node.js, .Net, and C#.
  • Required Front-End Development: Good experience and skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and latest scripting languages for building interactive dashboards.
  • Required Backend-End Development: Experience developing web applications using Flask, FastAPI, Django, Websockets and Nginx.
  • Beneficial to have: Experience with React.
  • Required Cloud/Data Experience: Hands-on experience with Azure cloud resource and data engineering services

Beneficial to have:

  • Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
  • DevOps and Containerisation: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern DevOps practices.
  • VoIP Technologies: Good understanding of VoIP technologies and their integrations.
  • Security Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of secure coding practices.

Beneficial Characteristics:

  • Certifications: Certifications in Microsoft Azure are highly beneficial.
  • Project Management: Working in Agile development methodologies and the ability to manage projects from conception to deployment.
  • Innovative Thinking: A strong inclination for innovation and staying ahead of technology trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and documentation.

Remuneration:

  • Salary: £45,000-£65,000 – Paid upon level of experience
