You could be progressing your career as a Front End Engineer at a well-established AI company acting as tech incubator within the World Economic Forum to tackle issues like climate change, AI, battery technology and other real world problems.

As a Front End Engineer you'll design and develop new features and enhancements on the core product that uses Artificial Intelligence to harness knowledge for strategic advantage. You'll work alongside a talented team contributing ideas, collaborating with designers and prototyping new features.

There's a modern tech stack, you'll be mainly using JavaScript / TypeScript and React but will be able to pick new technologies and skills up on the job.

Location / WFH:

You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team in London with flexibility to work from home one day a week.

About you:

  • You are degree educated in Computer Science, from a top tier university (e.g. Russel Group, Oxbridge)
  • You have JavaScript or Typescript experience combined with strong React skills, React Native would also be great but you can pick it up on the job
  • You're proficient with HTML5 and CSS3
  • You have experience of responsive design for desktop and mobile
  • You're keen to work in a start-up environment
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • You are a passionate technologist, keep up to date with the latest innovations and learn new things
  • You have solid knowledge of software engineering principles, Agile practices, CI/CD and ideally have experience within a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
  • You are a bright, proactive individual and a strong problem solver with commercial acumen
