Your new company

A listed IGaming business in London are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join their commercial/FP&A department. This isn't your typical finance role. You'll be a strategic business partner, diving deep into game performance, driving financial planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to fuel our growth.
Your new role

Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including KPI analysis and variance reporting for senior leadership. Analyse game portfolio performance, identifying growth trends, ROI, and profitability. Collaborate with People & Culture, Product, Data Science, Tech, and Strategy teams to support business decisions. Support new game modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Contribute to developing new game business cases with insightful financial analysis. Work with the controllership team to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.


What you'll need to succeed

Top 15 trained ACA qualified (or equivalent) 5+ years of experience in finance management, accounting, or a similar role (gaming, tech, or entertainment industries preferred). Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Experience with financial software and ERP systems (, D365, IBM Planning Analytics, BI tools). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
