Paradigm Talent is currently partnered with an early stage team in medical technology space, this team is fusing precision of AI with the scalability of robotics. Harnessing breakthroughs in multimodal diagnostics to deliver safe & autonomous healthcare.


We’re looking for afounding computer vision scientistto join the team.


You’ll:

  • Build state-of-the-art CV pipelines for detection, segmentation, 3D vision & scene understanding
  • Integrate multimodal sensing (RGB, depth, specialised imaging, tactile)
  • Optimise for real-time, edge-deployed systems
  • Work closely with robotics, AI & domain experts to ship production-ready systems


You have:

  • PhD or MSc + significant CV/robotics experience
  • Proven record of real-time vision deployment in production
  • Strong Python/C++ + PyTorch/TensorFlow skills


Nice to have:

  • Experience with SLAM, 3D vision, or sensor fusion
