About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for highly motivated, self-driven graduates to join our 6-month Falcon Complete Graduate program. If you're dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organisations against the most advanced attackers in the world, our scheme will provide you with opportunities to expand your skill set through a wide variety of hands-on training and experiences. The program provides successful graduates with a structured learning path, mentoring by a dedicated Falcon Complete training lead and the opportunity to obtain industry recognised CrowdStrike certifications including the CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator (CCFA) and CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Responder (CCFR). You will have access to a wide variety of learning material, tools and other resources to support your learning as well as exposure to working within customer environments. At the end of the 6-month Falcon Complete Graduate program you will be experienced with the administration of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and have been exposed to how to respond, contain and remediate threats on customer endpoints.

The role will be hybrid working based in Reading, UK.

The Falcon Complete Graduate program is a 6-month contract with the potential for ongoing employment as a Falcon Complete Associate Analyst where your detection, investigation and analysis skills will be further developed.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with triage of incoming issues to assess the priority, address the issue or escalate to appropriate internal teams.
  • Escalate alerts or customer queries that indicate a potential security incident to Falcon Complete analysts.
  • Implement changes to customer environments in a secure manner.
  • Produce high quality written and verbal communications to customers in response to questions or queries regarding the Falcon Platform or Falcon Complete Service.
  • Liaise with Falcon Complete analysts and Security Advisors to coordinate response and actions across any customers as required.
  • Liaising with Support teams to help troubleshoot and coordinate efforts to resolve technical issues.
  • Handle high pressure situations in a productive and professional manner.



What You'll Need:

  • 0-2 years of relevant incident handling skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of information security.
  • Fundamental understanding of sysinternals.
  • Fundamental understanding of network communications.
  • Desire to grow and expand technical and business skills.
  • Be a postgraduate student, recent graduate or current student graduating by 31 July 2025 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Maths, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related areas of study; or equivalent work experience.



Nice to Have:

  • Incident Handling: experience conducting or managing incident response for organisations, investigating targeted threats such as the Advanced Persistent Threat, Organised Crime, and Hacktivists.
  • Computer Forensic Analysis: a background using a variety of forensic analysis tools in incident response investigations to determine the extent and scope of compromise.
  • Systems Administration: an understanding of system internals is required to understand how to implement and execute countermeasures and remediation.
  • Network Forensic Analysis: knowledge of network protocols, network analysis tools, and ability to perform analysis of associated network logs.
  • Malware Analysis: ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis to understand the nature of malware.
  • Incident Remediation: strong understanding of targeted attacks and able to create customised tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised organisations.
  • Network Operations and Architecture/Engineering: strong understanding of secure network architecture and strong background in performing network operations.
  • Emerging and Innovative Technologies: understanding of applications and uses of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning in the cyber security domain.
