  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination across UK and US time zones.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring seamless communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international, with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Manage special projects, conduct research, and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively solve problems before they arise.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion, handling sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Support the CEO’s priorities by ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.

Who You Are:

  • A highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record of supporting high-performing CEOs or executives in fast-paced environments.
  • You thrive in dynamic settings and are comfortable working across multiple time zones (UK and US).
  • You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics seamlessly.
  • You’re proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, always thinking ahead and solving challenges before they become problems.
  • You are passionate about working for a mission-led company that’s making a real difference in the world.
  • Experience in the health tech or digital health industry is highly desirable.
  • You bring energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
