Engagement Manager – Life Sciences Strategy (Remote/Hybrid - UK)

A leading consultancy is expanding its Life Sciences division and is looking for anEngagement Managerto lead strategic projects in commercial and medical strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work with top pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech clients, shaping market access strategies, optimizing portfolios, and driving innovation in medical affairs.


Role Overview

The Engagement Manager will lead advisory projects focused on commercial and medical strategy, working closely with senior executives to provide actionable insights. The role involves managing teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to business transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategic projects in areas such as market access, launch planning, and commercial strategy, and mecical strategy
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to support clients in achieving business objectives
  • Manage cross-functional teams and oversee project execution
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to present findings and drive decision-making
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in life sciences consulting or a strategy role in pharma/biotech
  • Strong background in commercial, medical affairs, and market access strategy
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in top-tier consulting or a corporate strategy role within pharma/biotech is preferred
