Team member going on maternity leave: Cliona Moulton (LinkedIn) from 20 Sept 2024 to 2 October 2025
  • Ideal start date 1 month before maternity leave:20 August 2024 until 2 November 2025(incl 1 month overlap once Cliona is back)
  • Location preference is London - guidance is 50% in the office



  • Strongfunctional B2B demand generation expertise,with examples of running end-to-end 360 demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (top/middle/bottom of the funnel strategies incl. channels such as email marketing,
webinars, content creation, content syndication, lead nurturing, lead management, etc)

  • Ability tothink and plan strategicallybut also comfortable withrolling up the sleeves and executing, very hands on
  • Experience working atstartups and fast paced SaaS/tech companies. Candidates with experience working in larger tech companies such as Salesforce, Meta, Adobe, Box, Hubspot, etc. are also good.
  • Strong onmetrics and ROI/data- always looking at data on how to optimise campaigns, and reporting back on what those campaigns are delivering
  • Strong experiencepartnering closely with sales(SDRs/BDRs and sales reps and leaders) to land campaigns. Working with them on sales enablement, seller email cadences and call scripts.
  • Strong ownership mentality- takes on problems and projects as they see them with a bias for action, as required by the business (no ego, not too good for the work)
  • Good experience inrunning webinars: webinar logistics, driving registration, webinar follow ups, recording, etc. (Zoom)
  • Strong experience withcopywriting- i.e. marketing emails, reports/guides, case studies, sales emails


  • Experience withsfdcrequired, and experience with Marketo is preferred.

EMEA Demand Generation is a team of marketers and channel specialists that drive strategies to engage prospects and customers and generate demand for our prioritised solutions. We partner closely with global and regional Campaigns, Product Marketing, Field


Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales teams to bring full-funnel campaigns to life, optimise performance, and drive business impact.



We're seeking an experienced, creative, and results-oriented demand generation marketer with scaled and velocity marketing expertise to drive world-class demand generation and campaigns for Startup and mid-market businesses in EMEA. This is a 14 month maternity leave cover contract but also a business critical role at Stripe that will have a significant impact across our GTM organization. From striving to always better understand our customers to understanding the health of our business, you will help shape and lead Stripe's mid-market and startup strategy. Moreover, you will help realize this strategy through driving marketing activations, building creative new programs, and working with sales to ensure full-funnel alignment. This role requires a highly collaborative individual who thinks both strategically and tactically to get things done.


  • Develop the multi-channel, regional demand generation strategy and plan to grow pipeline for mid-market companies and startups across EMEA in collaboration with global marketers and regional experts
  • Work with global and regional performance media experts to acquire and re-engage customers through a broad mix of paid media tactics
  • Land global campaigns in conjunction with audience PMMs and global campaign leads to acquire and nurture leads at scale through digital content, paid placement, digital events, targeted nurture programs, etc.
  • Build or adapt compelling content, marketing assets, and thought leadership to address unique regional needs working with global and regional channel experts
  • Own key business and revenue metrics for mid-market and startup across sales funnel while investigating business health issues such as conversion, lead quality, etc.
  • Leverage Stripe's marketing tech stack and analytics capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making and optimise the demand generation engine
  • Look for innovative new ways to reach and engage our users

  • Be a thought leader representing EMEA as we grow across our campaigns and broader go-to-market at Stripe
  • Continually optimise for efficiency, scale for growth, and prioritise for focus



  • 5+ years relevant experience running scaled demand generation campaigns

  • Deep understanding of paid media tactics, digital marketing strategies, marketing automation, email marketing tactics, and lead management
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams, including joint planning and execution, driving disciplined lead follow up, and earning trust as a strategic business partner
  • Proven track record of landing global campaigns in EMEA markets.

  • Proven track record of mapping out and executing an end-to-end, multi-channel customer journey plan.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing programmes with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex topics with simplicity.
  • Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once; you’re a master juggler and don’t let it get the best of you.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.

  • Strong ability to work cross functionally in a highly matrixed organization.

  • A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment.
