Working with our client in Oxford who specialise leading the change in revolutionising the world of inspection machines and artificial intelligence vision system products. 

Offering up to 50k salary they are looking for a keen and enthusiastic Electrical Design Engineer who can work effectively as part of an experienced engineering team.

The role will utilise AutoCAD Electrical to design panels and electrical schematics for small retro-fit camera systems through to large industrial automation machinery.

Global Standards: Craft designs and drawings that adhere to international Standards as directed by our Design Manager. Your commitment to quality will help us maintain our global reputation for excellence.
Collaborate for Success: Operate within our Design team while actively partnering with our Applications Engineering team to ensure projects are delivered on time and with precision. Your teamwork and dedication will be pivotal to our success.
Hands-On Experience: Not only will you design and direct machine builds, but you'll also have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the hands-on electrical build of our innovative IVS systems when needed.

Essential
· Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience.
· Minimum of 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD Electrical or similar package.
· Understanding of electrical control gear and industrial automation.
· Experience designing and creating electrical panel layouts.
· A logical approach to problem-solving.
· Well organised, ability to work to deadlines and high attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.
· Ability and willingness to work as part of a team.

Desirable
· Experience using AutoCAD Electrical.
· Educated to degree level preferably in Electrical Engineering or related fields (2.1 or above).
· Knowledge of robotics.
· Knowledge of PLC and controls.
· Clean and full UK driving licence
