We are currently recruiting an Ecommerce Trading Executive who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the trading team, your focus will be on maximizing the profitability of our UK & IE sites by driving sales through effective merchandising, product assortment and promotional strategies. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our global teams, including Marketing, Digital Product, Content & Creative to optimise the customer experience, increase customer loyalty and work towards our commercial objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to bring your analytical and e-commerce experience to join our award-winning company.Please note, this is a fixed-term (maternity cover) role for up to 12 months.

What you will do

Support the planning, setup, and ongoing optimisation of commercial activities, including stock lists and special offers in alignment with trading plans Serve as the liaison between Content & Creative teams and Marketing, ensuring effective communication of commercial messages and execution of promotional campaigns Oversee product categorisation, on-site navigation and search functionalities to enhance customer experience and drive conversion rates Collaborate with Merchandising and channel leads to ensure key landing pages align with current priorities and regularly analyse website performance data to inform strategies Provide regular reporting on e-commerce performance and make recommendations for improvement.

What should you bring

Experience in e-commerce merchandising, product management or related roles, with a strong grasp of product categorisation, navigation and search functionalities Adept at analysing key trading metrics like Conversion Rate, Add to Cart Rate, Bounce & Exit rate, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making Versatile experience in working on e-commerce projects, including the implementation of new tools and systems Outstanding communication skills, coupled with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, Contentsquare and Amplience, demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail
