Our partner, a creative and innovative design brand, is looking for a talented Copywriter / E-Commerce Executive to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon listings: Update product content, images, and prices on Amazon, and fix any issues by working with Amazon support.
  
  
• Create high-quality content: Analyze data from global markets to write SEO-friendly content that works for different regions and platforms. This includes researching competitor products and using tools like Helium and Brand Analytics to optimize listings.
  
  
• Write tailored content: Craft content specific to each market, following brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and sales data.
  
  
• Use AI tools: Leverage artificial intelligence to speed up and improve the content creation process.
  
  
• Stay updated on AI trends: Research and understand new AI tools that can help improve eCommerce operations.
  
  
• Provide insights: Share competitor analysis, keyword suggestions, and market trends to identify advertising opportunities.
  
  
• Manage stock orders: Handle stock orders across multiple international Amazon accounts.
  
  
• Resolve platform issues: Work with different eCommerce platforms (like Amazon, Etsy) to fix business or admin problems.
  
  
• Oversee team in India: Manage a team in India, train them on Amazon processes, and assign tasks related to Amazon content.
  
  
• Update client websites: Add new products and brands to client websites.
  
  
• Handle orders and customer service: Fulfil customer orders on platforms like Etsy and Amazon FBM, answer queries, and process returns.
  
  Desired Qualifications:
  
  
• Proficiency with Helium 10
  
  
• Experience with Amazon, including writing product descriptions and managing product listings (Required)
