The ideal candidate will excel at driving aggressive revenue growth and expanding our footprint within new and existing accounts. You will be the driving force behind business development, cultivating strong client relationships, and identifying every possible opportunity to grow our market share. Drive aggressive revenue growth targets across assigned accounts and new prospects and partner with business leaders to deliver on those targets. # Continuously hunt for new business by leveraging your network, market knowledge, and insights into client challenges to present compelling solutions. # Work relentlessly to expand our footprint within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. # Target-Driven Performance: Lead high-stakes contract negotiations to maximize deal size, ensuring both the company and the client derive maximum value. # Demonstrate exceptional closing skills, moving deals forward quickly while securing long-term commitments and favorable terms. # Drive account growth and client expansion by developing relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite. # Actively pursue strategic, high-value accounts, using consultative selling techniques to position our solutions as indispensable to the client's success. # Mine existing accounts for every opportunity to sell new services or solutions, growing account value consistently. # Capture client’s feedback, ensuring we anticipate needs and position ourselves as their first choice for digital transformation or related services. # Act as a sales leader within the assigned accounts, helping drive sales initiatives, fostering a competitive spirit, and mentoring others on sales tactics. 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. # Demonstrated success in driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth through both new client acquisition and existing account expansion. # Relentless drive to sell and grow accounts, with the ability to pursue and secure opportunities aggressively, even in competitive markets. # Executive-Level Communication: Committed to be at the client's office twice a week, building relationships and hunting new opportunities.
