Leverageadvanced analytics tools, AI, and automation to develop smarterbidding strategies. 2. Oversee dynamic creative optimization (DCO),using data and machine learning to tailor messaging and creativesfor different audience segments. 3. Collaborate with creative teamsto push boundaries in programmatic ad formats, includinginteractive ads, playable ads, and video creatives optimized forengagement. 4. Utilize predictive analytics and AI-powered tools toidentify high-value audiences and anticipate market trends. 5.Research and test cutting-edge advertising technologies, such ascontextual targeting, programmatic audio, Connected TV (CTV), anddigital out-of-home (DOOH). Execution & Optimization: 1. Manageand expand the programmatic DSP ecosystem, introducing and testingnew platforms and publisher partnerships to enhance campaign reachand performance. 2. Lead media strategy and buying across openauctions, preferred deals, private marketplaces (PMPs), andprogrammatic guaranteed (PG) deals. 3. Implement and monitorautomation processes to streamline workflows, reduce manualintervention, and increase operational efficiency. Data-DrivenDecision Making: 1. Develop robust data frameworks for audiencesegmentation, predictive modeling, and user behavior analysis todrive personalization and engagement. 2. Ensure rigorous trackingand attribution, integrating data across platforms like GoogleAnalytics, CDPs, and proprietary databases for a 360-degreecampaign view. 3. Monitor industry trends and competitor strategiesto stay ahead of market shifts and drive innovation in programmaticadvertising strategies. Reporting & Insights: 1. Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a relatedfield. 2. 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising with astrong emphasis on user acquisition. 3. Experience in TradFi,Crypto, Sports or i-gaming with North America and Europe markets isa strong plus. 4. Proven leadership skills with experience managingteams and complex operations. 5.
