We are disrupting the Contracts market and we want highly motivated individuals to help us achieve this goal. This Director Role will be focused on our CLM practice and a primary piece will be coordination and leading those efforts in collaboration with the existing team and Partners. You will deliver high-quality services in a challenging, dynamic, and growing marketplace. Acting as contract advisors for our clients. To do this, you will be expected to have appropriate experience in consulting and transformation so that you can deliver a high-quality service.  But in particular in the CLM space around coordinating and running a thriving CLM practice. You will manage complex projects based on your CLM processes and tools experience and be responsible for the profitability and productivity of them. You will focus also on continuous improvement of the services by the identification of potential risks and resolving them through innovative tools and methodology.This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as it starts to grow and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to get involved with business development and go to market approach.Specific Responsibilities include:Supporting sales and the growth of Contracts Transformation Consulting service line;Leading based on experience and implementing the strategic direction for Contracts Transformation Consulting;Maintaining and continuously improving the best in class Contracts Transformation Consulting services;Delivering process improvements strategies related to contract lifecycle management;Understanding client expectations and translating into practical, implementable project objectives, which aim to provide integrated, total solutions;Generating innovative ideas that are strategically sound and challenging the status quo;Providing high quality, pragmatic, clear, and commercially focused advice;Managing and advising stakeholders from across our clients' business;Developing and nurturing long-term partner relationship with client top management;Utilizing available CLM software to drive efficiencies into the contract management processes;Recording comprehensive and high-quality management information for clients;Working with and delivering data analytics to our clients;Ensuring the effective and efficient performance of work in compliance with service levels and KPIs;Assist with appropriate supervision activities and programs (including quality assurance) for more junior or less experienced team members;Providing relevant training to team members and acting as a point of escalation from team members dealing with more complex project issues;Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.Connect to your skills and professional experience The successful candidate will have displayed experience across a range of topics including but not limited to:Experience of organizational assessment, process review, re-engineering, and technology enablementA good understanding of the challenges and requirements of an in-house legal and/or contract management teamBusiness case development experience;Experience in leading complex projects/programs of work;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiencesExceptional stakeholder management skills;Experience in the development and utilization of know-how, guidelines and training materials and promoting a culture of continuous improvement;High-level proficiency with office and project management tools, including MS Office package and SharePointExcellent organizational skills and the ability to use initiative;The ability to work autonomously;Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently and to a high quality within the defined timelines;Confident, motivated, and professional manner;Experience in supervision, coaching, and training more junior team members;Experience in change and project management;Takes personal ownership of self-improvement;To be a team player and natural networker;Positive and ambitious attitude;A willingness to work as part of a small but growing team adapting to the needs of our clients and the business;An adaptable and flexible approach;Enthusiastic and keen to learn;High standards of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.Connect to your business - Deloitte LegalBy connecting legal expertise and technological innovation, we’re creating a new future for law.
