Position Overview AsProduct Design Director, you will be responsible for driving designstrategy, innovation and research initiatives within our productorganization. Leading a team of UX designers, you will collaborateclosely with product management and engineering to deliverintuitive, data-driven experiences that empower users. Your rolewill be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform byfostering a culture of design excellence, user empathy, andcontinuous improvement. Job Responsibilities - Establish, driveand articulate a vision for the future of design at Agiloft. -Mentor and coach UX designers in a motivating and supportive mannerand keep the team on top of emerging UX techniques and tools. -Drive innovation in user experience design by incorporatingemerging trends, methodologies, and technologies. - Championaccessibility and inclusivity in product design. - Oversee userresearch initiatives, synthesizing insights to inform productstrategy and design decisions. - Establish goals and target metricsthat design decisions can be mapped to. - Create alignment withother groups within the company by working collaboratively withproduct teams to launch new features and evolve existing ones basedon an understanding of user needs, business objectives andtechnical constraints. - Advocate for user-centered designprinciples across the organization, ensuring consistency andusability in product experiences. - Develop and refine designprocesses, tools, and frameworks to optimize team efficiency andoutput. - Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedbackto ensure high-quality deliverables. - Stay up-to-date withindustry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitorproducts. - Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications - 8+years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in aleadership or managerial role. - Proven track record of designingand delivering successful B2B SaaS products. - Strong expertise inuser research methodologies, usability testing, and data-drivendesign. - Experience facilitating customer co-development anddiscovery workshops. - Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such asFigma, Creative Cloud or other visual design, wireframing, andprototyping tools. Proficiency in rapid prototyping. - Deepunderstanding of front-end technologies and their impact on UXdesign (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks). - Excellentcommunication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with theability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experienceworking with distributed, multinational teams. - Degree in HCI,Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field. - Experiencedesigning ERP, CRM, BPM, or legal technology solutions is a plus.Ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace is our priority.
