• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, setting technical direction aligned with business goals and championing best practices in data and ML engineering
• Oversee the design and deployment of scalable data pipelines, real-time AI/ML models, and automated workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

• Extensive data engineering, machine learning, or data science leadership experience and hands-on experience deploying scalable ML models
• Proficient in Python, Spark, Databrick, cloud platforms, and MLOps tools
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
