£150,000 – £200,000 per annum + 7 figure shares (based on event)

About Us:

La Fosse are excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing financial technology company that has recently secured significant funding in our Series A round. We are looking for an experienced Director of Credit Risk and Consumer Lending Analytics person to join a progressive visionary hypergrowth company.

About the Role:

In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the credit risk strategies, specifically for consumer lending products such as autmotive financing, personal loans and credit loans. You will leverage your experience in consumer lending to drive data-driven decisions, enhance the risk management practices, and support the growth of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Credit Risk and Consumer Lending Analytics team, which includes two direct reports. Develop and execute comprehensive credit risk management frameworks and strategies. Perform in-depth analysis of credit risk across various consumer lending products and implement measures to mitigate risk. Utilise data science and decision science techniques to optimize lending processes and improve risk assessment.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in consumer lending, particularly with personal loans, car loans, and credit loans. Strong background in credit risk management and analytics. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a small team. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software, with a solid understanding of predictive modelling

What We Offer:

Competitive salary ranging from £150,000 to £200,000 per annum. Attractive 7-figure shares package based on event performance. Hybrid working model, with 3 days per week in the London office.
