Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of strategic enterprise platforms, with a focus on PPM.
• Develop and deploy a data and analytics strategy leveraging AI and Machine Learning.
• Partner with key stakeholders to define and drive the technology strategy in the UK.
• Manage operational resilience, cyber posture, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Oversee multiple development and delivery streams across change and operational excellence programs.
• Represent the UK in large-scale global change programs, aligning local needs with global strategy.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience leading large technology transformations within complex, global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of the London Insurance Market and experience with SMCR.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage relationships in a matrixed, global environment.
