Director of Artificial Intelligence - Manufacturing & Industrial

Currently working with a leading advisory firm who are in search of a Data & AI Director to join their growing digital practice.

You will play a key role in expanding their Artificial Intelligence & Data offering across core sectors, focusing on growing customers, revenue, and profitability. You will help clients tackle complex business problems using data, analytics, and technology, working closely with other areas of the firm.

The Data & AI Director position is a great fit for experienced who have both build/set a vision but also remained hands-on in their work. You have worked across and , perhaps as their Chief Data Officer or Head of Data/AI.

Identify and cultivate new consulting opportunities. Lead analytics solutioning and delivery teams in coordination with other teams within the firm. Formulate hypotheses of potential issues and reasons for financial performance. Develop data-driven and analytical approaches for improving company performance. Present findings, key insights, and proposed solutions to client senior management. Manage high-performance teams in implementing solutions. Apply hands-on experience in analysis and applications of data from various complex, high-volume databases. Understand and utilize predictive models, machine learning, and AI algorithms to develop data-driven insights and strategies. Develop tactical tools and solutions to support business strategy execution. Present technical approaches and findings to a non-technical audience. Extensive in Artificial Intelligence & Data is essential. Hands-on leadership experience in a relevant Data/Artificial Intelligence role in industry is desirable. Preferred industry experience in Retail, CPG, and Private Equity. Experience with proposal development and strong commercial instincts. Ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams of consultants. Demonstrable knowledge of data, technology, and programming languages. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. £180,000 - £230,000 Up to 50% bonus Company benefits
