Role Overview:

As the Lead Data Scientist & Machine Learning Consultant, you'll spearhead data-driven initiatives and collaborate with clients to unlock valuable insights. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of talented data scientists and consultants, providing mentorship and guidance to drive excellence and innovation.
2. Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and develop customized machine learning solutions to address their needs.
3. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from data exploration and modeling to deployment and monitoring, ensuring alignment with client goals.
4. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, leveraging emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
5. Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field.

Qualifications:

1. Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Masters) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
2. Proven experience leading data science and machine learning initiatives, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
