In our Digital and Technology (D&T) Strategy Practice webring strategy to life, enabling our clients to unlock the true meaning ofDigital and the underlying technologies, allowing them to benefit from realinnovative digital business models, helping them to be among the “first movers”and scale their digital ecosystem. We are looking for more great people to join our Digital and Strategy practice;new colleagues with a passion for a high-performance culture, problem solving,enabling growth and delivering value through the use of technology to help CIOsdeliver cost effective, positive and tailored user and customer experiences. Our industry growth along with our continued progressive geographic expansionmeans that we can offer our employees great progression and development acrossa diverse range of engagements.We need somebody who can support the growth of the D&TTechnology strategy team and bring new capability especially in digitalstrategy, blending technology with customer experience and engagement.You will be helping CIOs transform their organisations,deploy new business models, optimise their spend, source better and improveways of working, comply with regulation and exploit new digital technologiessuch as XaaS, cloud, artificial intelligence or the internet of things. As well as spending time with our client’s senior business members tounderstand their strategy and technology concerns, you will be working with oursubject matter experts across industry and technology sectors to ensure webring our cutting edge thinking and expertise to our clients. What you will be doing Build digital and technology enabled strategies and roadmapsOwn technology-driven maturity assessmentsDesign end-to-end support for implementing digital solutionsSteer digital ecosystem supplier/partners engagement and procurementDefine customer experience goalsCreate business cases aligned to digital initiatives with business objectivesOptimise digital and technology operating model assessmentsFormulate project portfolio planning and related IT costSupport M&A, post-merger integration (PMI) and separation activitiesMeasure, optimise and deliver sustainable technology Your skills and experience A background in transformation programmes with the innovative use of technology such as Web3, IoT, cloud services, top MarTech platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe), channel technology strategy or sustainable technologyExperience with organisation design, optimisation and organisational change programmesExposure to strategic-sourcing, outsourcing, offshoring and/or supplier optimisationCommercially minded, with the ability to develop business casesAwareness of business goals and how they can be enabled through technology and digitalFamiliarity with transitioning from legacy end of life systems to modern, resilient frameworks and architecturesHands on delivery focus as well as strategyGrowth driven mindset to help build trusted client relationships and develop new opportunitiesPassionate about people and practise developmentExperience in ITIL and SIAM is preferredSkilled in M&A, PMI and separation activities, including technology due diligence is desirable What a career at Baringa will give you Putting People First.
