We are looking for a Digital and Transformation Graduate to undertake a number of specific and bespoke projects and tasks to help CHP deliver our mission of transforming lives. As a CHP Graduate, you will ensure that the needs of the customer are met by providing the best quality of service at all times. This will be a Fixed term contract ending in 2026.
What you'll be doing
We are embarking on a review of all of our business applications and end to end process improvements. This role will support the overall programme of work in key areas such as:
• Case Management
• Online Services
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Improving customer experience
• Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
In this role you’ll work closely with other teams to understand business problems and document business requirements, looking at ways to increase operational efficiency. This will include supporting teams to write business cases and researching solutions that may be available on the market.
You’ll assist in the design and implementation of solutions, leading workshops and presenting your findings, recommendations, and progress back to steering groups in a clear and concise manner.
This role will involve creating details process maps to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. You’ll use collaboration tools such as Visio, Mock Flow and Miro, for which full training will be provided. We’ll also support you in studying towards a formal BA qualification.
