With significant experience as a digital leader in a complex organisation or system & experience leading digitisation strategy and roadmap development, you will be a key enabler of the Trust’s Research and Innovation Strategy, working in close partnership with stakeholders nationally, regionally and across Greater Manchester, & deputise for the Chief Digital Information Officer when required.You will develop innovative technological information systems & analytical solutions to support clinical care, research, operational management, & accountability, ensuring the delivery of data, intelligent information, reporting this to internal & external stakeholders.With a track record of digital innovation in multiple settings, you will champion the use of digital technology & practices, engendering a digital mind-set throughout the Trust.You will be an inspirational leader, with the ability to influence and communicate openly & effectively listen, building strong, mutually advantageous relationships with Research partner organisations & across both the national and local health economies.With experience in governance arrangements & procurement protocols, you will access security, managing a range of access controls to the network, devices, applications, and data.Working for our organisation MFT is one of the largest NHS Trusts in England with a turnover of £2.8bn & is on a different scale than most other NHS Trusts. Significant experience as a digital leader in a complex organisation or system.Demonstratable digital thought leadership and strategic influencing skills.Track record of digital innovation in multiple settings.Impacted on health outcomes through the implementation of digital solutions.Have led digitisation strategy and roadmap development.Experience in governance arrangements and procurement protocols.Able to lead complex and sometimes contentious change and transformation at scale.Ability to engage across organisational boundaries, disciplines and levels of operation.A commitment to system excellence as well as organisational excellence.A close commitment to working with partners and stakeholders.International experience in healthtech trends and application.Knowledge of healthcare information systems and advanced technology including artificial intelligence, its application and governance / design requirements to ensure it is deployed fairly.Knowledge of health and care agenda / priorities.An understanding of health inequalities.Clinical qualification / background / NHS Experience.Qualifications - academic / professional
