Your Responibilites:

Are you passionate about using data science and machine learning to solve real-world problems that directly impact customer satisfaction? We’re looking for a proactive and innovative Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and lead the development of next-generation forecasting models that elevate customer service performance.

  • Maintain and improve forecasting models by monitoring performance, addressing model drift, and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Design and deploy predictive models to support decision-making, optimize resources, and improve service. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and implement AI/ML solutions to address business challenges. Develop proofs of concept and propose innovative applications based on industry trends.
  • Support the design and maintenance of ETL pipelines to ensure reliable, high-performance data for forecasting and machine learning. Work with data engineers to optimize workflows.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate insights from forecasting and ML models, enabling data-driven decisions.

Your Profile:

  • Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and deployment tools like Docker and SageMaker.
  • Skilled at identifying problems and improving models using data-driven insights.
  • Experienced in building and deploying machine learning models using standard algorithms.
  • Able to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Committed to continuous learning and applying the latest in data science and ML.
