Data Scientist in Cybersecurity

Cornucopia are partnered with a globally renowned high-end technology company leading the challenge in the international defence industry! We are seeking a Data Scientist with a passion for cybersecurity innovation to join them and help shape international cybersecurity strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions using the latest data science trends in cybersecurity, including Machine Learning, AI Threat Detection, Anomaly Detection, and Predictive Analytics.
• Analyse complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and strategies that enhance security measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in data analytics and current trends in cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.
• Experience in the government or defence sector is highly desirable.
• A strong mathematical or STEM-based education, ideally through to MEng level.
• Must be eligible for UK security clearance.
