About the Role

As a Data Scientist, youโ€™ll work end-to-end across data pipelines, modelling, and insights โ€” helping the business make smarter decisions every day.

Youโ€™ll collaborate with product, engineering and senior stakeholders, with full support from an established data team. If you love solving problems, asking questions, and building useful things with data, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

โœ… Build predictive and statistical models using Python

โœ… Develop end-to-end data pipelines and automated workflows

โœ… Analyse behavioural, financial or operational datasets

โœ… Create dashboards and visualisations for key stakeholders

โœ… Run experiments, evaluate models, and optimise performance

โœ… Translate complex findings into simple, actionable insights


What Weโ€™re Looking For

๐Ÿš€ 1โ€“3 yearsโ€™ experience in data science or analytics

๐Ÿ Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)

๐Ÿ—„๏ธ Solid SQL for data extraction and manipulation

๐Ÿ“Š Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a bonus

๐Ÿง  Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

๐ŸŽค Clear communication - able to explain insights simply

๐ŸŽ“ STEM degree (Data Science, Maths, Engineering, Physics, etc.)
