  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role with ambition to lead teams
  • Ability to distill complex results or processes into clear visualizations
  • Capability to explain sophisticated data science concepts in an understandable manner
  • Experience with modern development tools, collaborative coding, and preferably software development or DevOps experience
  • Passion for data science, statistics, and operations research
