This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, develop your skills in machine learning and data engineering, and work alongside a supportive team that values diverse perspectives and continuous learning.Whether you're early in your data science career or looking to build on existing experience, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are excited to make a difference through data.What you’ll be doing:Developing and delivering data science solutions with support from experienced colleaguesEngineering and preparing data from varied sources for analysis and modellingConducting exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and inform decisionsBuilding and validating machine learning models to improve business outcomesVisualising analytical outputs and model results using best practice techniquesDocumenting work clearly and participating in peer reviews for quality assuranceSupporting data initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiencyAdhering to governance standards and maintaining up-to-date documentationQualificationsWho we’re looking for:Holding a degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experienceDemonstrating experience working with large datasets and strong attention to detailApplying machine learning techniques in commercial or research settingsUsing coding languages such as Python, R and SQL for data manipulation and modellingUnderstanding stakeholder needs and managing expectations effectivelyCollaborating across teams and building positive working relationshipsFamiliarity with dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau (beneficial but not essential)Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (beneficial but not essential)Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
