An exciting Agency in Nottingham is looking for aData Scientist with Insights Experienceto join their dynamic team.

• Based in Nottingham
• 2 days a week in the office
• Perm Role
• Start date: 23/09/24
• £35,000 to £49,000 Per Annum

The Job:

As theData Scientist, your responsibilities will include:

• Applying analytical, problem-solving, and coding skills to various retail data sources to extract valuable insights.
• Building efficiencies and improving processes that enable the insight team to run campaign evaluations faster and more accurately.
• Collaborating with the clients data science team to ensure optimal use of data in targeting and evaluating retail media.
• Leveraging data to understand campaign performance, including building audience control versus exposed groups using Machine Learning methodologies, and evaluating the impact of media campaigns.
• Identifying and implementing new metrics for a deeper understanding of campaign performance, such as CLV and CAC.
• Trailing new approaches to measure how various channels (off-site, on-site, in-store) work together to drive uplift for brands.
• Delivering innovative analytical approaches to provide best-in-class service to clients.

You:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Preferably a degree with strong quantitative elements or equivalent experience in handling large datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex results to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is desirable.
• Prior experience analysing retail data and marketing metrics is preferable.
