Description

We’re seeking a highly skilledData Scientistto join our analytics team, driving performance optimization and providing strategic insights. You will be responsible for developing and refining LTV, ROAS prediction models, and working with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) data to enhance user acquisition and marketing efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll also lead the development of foundational marketing analytics systems.


All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • You'll be working on hands-on development and refinement of LTV and ROAS predictive models to optimize marketing spend.
  • You'll maintain and improve SKAN ETL pipelines, ensuring accurate collection and analysis of post-install metrics to inform marketing strategy.
  • You'll analyze marketing KPIs like CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates, delivering actionable insights to drive campaign performance.
  • You'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data engineering teams to identify data needs and strategies.
  • You'll design and implement A/B tests for user acquisition campaigns, measuring impact and optimizing channels.
  • You'll create dashboards and reports to visualize marketing performance and trends, communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You'll proactively drive the evolution of marketing analytics by identifying data-driven opportunities and building foundational analytics processes.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing data science or analytics (preferably in mobile gaming or apps).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python (or R), with a strong background in building and deploying LTV/ROAS prediction models.
  • Experience working with SKAN and marketing attribution tools.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and engagement metrics.
  • Experience in machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification) for building predictive models.
  • Experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.
