Summer Internship Programme

We’re offering an exciting 8-week internship opportunity within our Strategic Analytics team, designed for undergraduate students eager to explore the intersection of data science, engineering, and visualization. You’ll work on real-world projects using modern cloud-based tools like Databricks and Snowflake, helping to build scalable data solutions and deliver actionable insights.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Data Engineering

Build and optimize data pipelines using Databricks notebooks and Spark.

Integrate and manage structured and semi-structured data in Snowflake.

Support ETL/ELT processes and ensure data quality and reliability.

Data Science

Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.

Apply machine learning models using Python and Databricks.

Evaluate model performance and assist in refining predictive solutions.

Visualization & Insight Delivery

Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Snowflake Streamlit.

Present findings in a clear, business-relevant format to stakeholders.

Contribute to storytelling with data to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

Expected/achieved minimum 2:1 classification in a Maths, Computer Science, or similarly quantitative degree discipline

Prior experience using python, PowerBI or SQL would be beneficial

Arch seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about the insurance industry.
