QualificationIn this role you willDefine and Deliver Customer-Centric Data Strategies
  • Translate business needs into robust data solutions and own the data strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence within Applied Intelligence.
  • Work closely with teams and senior architects to define strategies for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs for impactful and effective implementations.
  • Shape AI strategy and oversee the delivery of LLM-based solutions that enhance customer and marketing outcomes.
Lead Generative AI Innovation and Prototyping
  • Architect early-stage generative AI initiatives, directing proof-of-concept (PoC) and prototype development in collaboration with teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on generative AI, providing guidance to cross-functional teams including digital, platform, and governance stakeholders.
Deploy and Scale AI Solutions
  • Execute deployment strategies and provide technical guidance on containerization, performance monitoring, and production deployment.
  • Consult on leveraging cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP to facilitate scalable model deployment.
  • Partner with developers and engineers to deploy machine learning algorithms that drive measurable business value.
Ensure Responsible and Ethical AI
  • Collaborate with cloud vendors to integrate Responsible AI principles and standards into LLM evaluations and applications, ensuring ethical and secure AI deployment.
  • Evaluate generative AI solutions across teams, identifying technical risks such as debt accumulation and overlapping initiatives.
Promote Innovation and Best Practices
  • Advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge data technologies and methodologies, including AI-driven data processing, machine learning pipelines, and automated data integration.
  • Design reusable assets, solutions, and develop best practices for current and future business problems.
