You will join a growing data science team (~10-15), which is currently in need of a manager to support with strategic guidance and leadership.


The Role


Help reinvent how organisations use data and AI to grow, compete, and connect with their customers. They partner with ambitious brands to uncover new value from their data, always with customer experience at the heart of everything they do. In this role, you’ll dive into a blend of CX-focused AI solutions, strategic consulting, personalisation, analytics, measurement, and cutting-edge data science. Your work will turn complex datasets into clear, powerful outcomes that move the needle.

As a Data Science Manager, you’ll bring both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise, including working directly with GenAI and LLMs, from building to assessing them. Projects will cover domains spanning customer behaviour insights, marketing analytics, commercial analysis, web performance, or product analytics. 


Your role will encompass the commercial side of consulting too, from shaping and costing proposals and writing SOWs to responding to RFPs/RFIs and negotiating with clients.


Your Experience

Proven expertise in Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLM) – from hands-on development to rigorous evaluation


Data-driven storyteller with experience in customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics
Deep domain insight in marketing, customer, digital, or commercial sectors, turning knowledge into impact
Leadership that delivers – exceptional project management skills paired with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team
People Manager – lead with impact by coaching, supporting, and developing talent to bring out their best.
