This role is not traditional; you will lead a team of up to four within the wider team and serve as a key mentor. You should be bright, inquisitive, and curious while possessing the ability to set high standards and positively challenge those around you.

Experience with projects involving LLMs is a significant plus, and there is an expectation that you come from a technical background with commercial experience in Python.
