We are excited to be working with our new client who is a dynamic technology-based business that offer niche services to a range of clients across a number of sectors.
They are looking for a forward-thinking professional to work alongside their project team as the Data & Reporting Manager based in Harrogate. You will be in charge of developing various reporting systems, managing data and reports to enable you to present your findings to their clients.

As the Data & Reporting Manager you will:

  • Develop and manage various reporting systems.
  • Gather and evaluate data to provide complete and accurate reports.
  • Develop and implement procedures for effective data management.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through engagement with staff at all levels.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.
  • Run assessment reports, analyse metrics, and report on data findings.
  • Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Analytical, logical thinker with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
  • Accomplished user of Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Automate and Power BI – or equivalent.
  • Ability to collate raw data into dashboards/graphs/charts for presenting purposes.
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of working within a similar role is essential.
  • Relevant graduates (Mathematics, Data Science etc) will be considered.
