What will you do?

• Take ownership of all aspects of pltfrm data – designing processes to organize, categorize and structure our data in the most efficient way possible
• Building tools & models using statistical methods (such as Multiple Regression) to identify undervalued and misunderstood data points during the candidate selection process
• Capture external data from multiple sources to inform employees, candidates and clients on significant market trends and using these to develop IP such as Research and Marketing Materials
• Embracing tools incorporating AI/ML to improve data quality and generate insights
• Maximizing use of company CRM platform to generate high-quality data outputs
• Working as an integral part of a highly motivated and growing Executive Search team, using data tools to identify and reach candidates and improve the speed and depth of our process

Requirements

• Excellent research and analytical skills with a background in Data, Data Science or Applied Statistics
• Strong technology skills, particularly Excel/VBA, with exposure to a variety of data tools
• Self-starter, highly motivated and detail focused
• A team-player and someone who wants to work toward shared-goals
• A natural curiosity towards companies, leadership and all talent-related topics
