A brilliant opportunity for a talented Graduate with legal knowledge/experience, to work as a Legal Data Entry Specialist, joining a market-leading disruptive software technology firm in London. Offering excellent training, career progression and prospects, this is a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding machine learning software house. This opportunity involves inputting information, utilising your incredible attention to detail, to help code-up syntax in Word documents.
Location: Central London– 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Salary: Circa £30,000 + healthcare, pension etc.
Requirements for Graduate Legal Data Entry Analyst

• Degree educated, ideally with a 2.1 or 1st class law degree
  
• At least ABB at A Level or equivalent UCAS points
  
• Legal knowledge or experience - i.e. understanding of legal terminology
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word
  
• You have outstanding attention to detail
  
• You have incredible focus and can work with efficiency and speed
  
• Exceptional written communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
  
• Must be available to start in early 2025 so may not be suitable to those who haven't yet graduated.
  Responsibilities for Graduate Legal Data Entry Analyst
  
• Accurately and efficiently input data using Microsoft Word
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to collect relevant information and requirements for document creation.
  
• Reviewing and proofreading the templates to ensure accuracy and completeness, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and revisions.
  
• Maintaining organised records of template requests
