Data Delivery Manager
Hampshire/Surrey Boarder Hybrid (hybrid working 2 office days per week)

The Role
Tracking of all Data project costs to ensure they are in line with the approved spending. Perform variance analysis and implement corrective actions where necessary
Host project kick-off calls, backlog refinement calls, daily standups, and any others crucial to effective delivery management and team collaboration
Understand your stakeholders and establish excellent relationships and communication forums to deliver project communications and updates
Develop, maintain, publish and distribute accurate project plans, and ensure they are pro actively actioned on time
Work with the Data PMO to ensure project financials and timesheets are accurate and imputed in a timely manner by your project team
What you will need
Experience of working with different project delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Planned Iterative etc
5+ years' experience as a Delivery/Project Manager
Superior communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business
An excellent negotiator, influencer and networker
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative with an aptitude and ability to lead a team
Experience within the Insurance Industry, and knowledge of the associated regulating bodies (eg The Financial Conduct Authority) desirable but not compulsory
