Data Consultant (SC Clearable)
Location: Remote 60% - London 40%
Rate: Up to £550p/d Inside IR35

We are looking for someone to lead a team of data scientists in their ML transformation for one of the most well established and prestigious Government organisations.

We're working with a consultancy who are assisting a large Government body with their venture into Machine Learning and Data tooling within Azure. You will be working closely with the Technology delivery team, delivering their new Enterprise Data Platform to ensure that the Data Science tooling is delivered in a way which Data Consultants will be able to enjoy using.
You will also help build analytical pipelines for both on-prem and Cloud (Azure) platform.
The role itself will be pivotal in future programmes that this team carries out and will form a number of projects that the data consultant team will be undertaking in the coming months.
This will be a hybrid position and require roughly 40% of the work to be conducted in central London at the institution. This could be twice a week OR in blocks to support your diary and commitments.
They're looking for consultants with experience in;
Solid experience as a Data Consultant/BA - less of a hands-on engineer. One or more analytical tools e.g. R, Python, Tableau, Apache Spark, etc. Proficiency in Azure Machine Learning and Azure DataBricks Extensive experience with MATLAB. Banking/Insurance experience Business Process/Support model experienceDue to the nature of the client the ideal candidate will possess SC Clearance or be SC Clearable.
