They were founded 130 years ago in London. In Asia Pacific their roots trace back to the 1980s through the merging of several respected, small project management and advisory firms.

They provide expert strategic, commercial and operations advice; project and cost management; carbon advice; and dispute resolution. This uniquely broad range of services - across the project lifecycle - means they understand the interdependencies at every stage. They combine this with hands-on experience and personalised service to drive greater value, impact and certainty for their clients’ projects.


They operate across a range of sectors within the built environment, including Residential, Retail, Healthcare and more. As part of an ambitious growth plan they are looking to expand their expertise into the Data Centre sector.


This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager within the data centre sector, to start their own Data Centre division within a reputable business.


The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience of winning work within the data centre experience

- Have strong client relationships within the data centre sector

- Have 5+ years’ experience working for a consultancy within the data centre sector

- Experience expanding and leading a team

- Have a project or cost management background

- Ideally live within commutable distance to their London or Croydon offices

- The desire to be constantly learning and developing themselves – taking part in different training programmes, qualifications etc
