Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Oxford (2 days onsite)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations. If you are passionate about data, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and clean data from various sources to ensure data integrity.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
Develop and maintain data dashboards for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators.
Assist in the design and implementation of data analysis and reporting processes.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a professional setting.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)What We Offer
