Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per year + Bonus

My client, a leading organisation in their field, and they are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with large data-sets and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Analyse large data-sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Data Quality & Validation: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data by implementing validation processes and checks.
Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
Data Visualisation: Create visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to effectively communicate data insights.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analyses as required to address specific business questions or challenges.
Process Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to improve data analysis processes, reporting efficiency, and the overall data pipeline.Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.
Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools and techniques.
