Who are we looking for?

As a member of the Governance, Risk and Control (GRC) function, you will be responsible for Process and tooling Improvements reporting to the Head of Ops, Data and Metrics.

In this exciting position, the Senior Process Analyst will demonstrate deep knowledge of current industry methods for evaluating, implementing, and improving Processes and Tools.

The right candidate will have knowledge of Industry best practices as well as tools to support.

What you will be responsible for:

As the Senior Process Analyst your role will involve:

Identifying waste in process and help drive a culture of continuous improvement Using data and analytics to highlight and prioritize opportunities for improvement Understanding and documenting the current state processes Leading process design workshops implementing process improvements to meet business goals Leading change management activities Educating users responsible for managing and operating the business processes Creating and delivering training on existing and new business processes Working with the Controls team to agree effective control measures for any new or re-designed process Measuring and reporting KPI’s

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

Experience applying process improvement methodologies and process reengineering methodologies i.e. Lean Six Sigma Experience documenting “as is” operations/processes designing new “to-be “operations processes Have a broad based general technology mindset including Microsoft Office, Power Platforms, Visio, Aris Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team based environment Strong problem solving and systems thinking abilities understanding 10 + years’ experience with driving process improvement Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thrives working within a fast-paced environment

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and certifications in any 1 or more as below is required: Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification

Additional requirements

Occasional travel within and outside US will be required ( <10% of time)
