The Cyber Security Programme Manager will oversee the implementation of comprehensive security programmes to protect the information assets of leading financial technology and data science organisation. This role involves planning, project management, implementing cutting-edge security measures and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that security initiatives align with business objectives and comply with industry regulations.


Role:

  • Programme Development: Design and manage security programmes aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements, that address current and emerging threats
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects across the organization; ensuring alignment with the overall security strategy.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership, summarizing program status, risks, and recommendation
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to integrate security into business processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on security matters.
  • Support Head of Security: Coordinate and facilitate key cybersecurity governance forums, meetings, and working groups, ensuring that decisions and actions are tracked and followed up
  • Security Culture & Awareness Drive the development and execution of comprehensive security awareness initiatives tailored to the organization’s needs and threat landscape.

Your present skillset

  • Experience in cybersecurity and organizational change management/technology enablement, with a focus on leading or enabling large-scale, enterprise-wide cybersecurity transformation initiatives
  • Strong background in program and project management, with experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary cybersecurity projects
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on results and delivering value to the organization
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering large-scale training programs, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess the severity of vulnerabilities and prioritize them effectively.
  • Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and executive summaries that communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization
