The Role:Providing a differentiated, exceptional customer experience is one of the main strategic objectives of S&P Globalmodity Insights. Reporting to the Head of Customer Insights, the Customer Experience (CX) Research Analyst designs and leads customer research projects, conducts analysis, produces actionable insights, andmunicates them to SPGCI executives and other stakeholders across the globe to support our growth strategy.

You will take on a high-profile role that helps our leaders and colleagues understand our clients' needs and preferences. We seek an exceptionalmunicator with advanced analytical skills and curiosity about the globalmodity trade. You will be responsible for the design and execution of the CX research projects, which will provide ourpany with contextualized, data-driven, actionable customer insights that acceleratemercial growth and inform strategic and operational business priorities. The SPGCI President and the Managementmittee will regularly read the analysis, reports, and rmendations you produce. They will shape S&P Globalmodity Insights' Customer Experience strategy and practices. You will be responsible for synthesizing insights from different qualitative and quantitative sources of customer information and leading transformation projects aimed at business growth via improved customer experience. You will develop frameworks for user personas and customer experience journeys, design and manage market studies supporting product and CX development, and improve our ways of collecting, synthesizing, and actioning customer feedback.

QualificationsA university degree (MA preferred) in any discipline Minimum three years of progressive professional experience in CX research, CX design, or other analytical role Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and writtenmunication skills - samples required Excellent PowerPoint and data presentation skills - samples required Strong ability to influence colleagues across all organizational ranks and geographies Strong project management skills Advanced problem-solving skills - 'can do' professional attitude Passion for learning, Intellectual curiosity, kindness, and exceptional work ethicPreferred QualificationsD ata visualization, web design, market/customer segmentation, marketing analytics, and data science skills Experience with Voice of the Customer programs, Customer Data Platforms Experience with managing Net Promoter Score and other customer feedback research Experience creating and managing CX journeys Research vendor management experience Strong professional network in customer research, CX design and/ormodities marketsAbout S&P Globalmodity Insights
